One task. Properly done.
AI that fits your business.
Rimba Labs helps small business owners in Malaysia put a single AI arrangement in place — without overhauling everything, and without committing to tools you haven't tested.
What We Offer
Three distinct services, each with a defined scope and a written record of what was agreed. Nothing is vague about how they work or what they cost.
Pilot Scoping
For owners who want to try one thing properly rather than change everything. We choose a single task with you, define what success looks like in numbers you already track, set a stop date, and write down in advance what would make us recommend abandoning it.
- Defined scope — one task only
- Written success criteria before we begin
- Pilot brief you can hand to any supplier
Lead Follow-Up Desk
For businesses whose enquiries go cold because nobody had time to reply on Tuesday. Drafted follow-ups are prepared at intervals you set, referencing what the person actually asked about, and held for a staff member to send.
- Nothing sent without a person reviewing first
- Opt-out handled at the first request
- Wording you are comfortable putting your name to
Ongoing Care
Monthly care for the AI arrangements running in your business. We review drafts and replies for tone and accuracy, adjust wording as your offering changes, watch subscription costs against actual use, and keep a plain record of every change made.
- Short note each month, longer review each quarter
- Honest recommendation if something should be switched off
- Plain record of every change made
Why Business Owners Work With Us
No vendor pressure. No subscription upsell. We work through one thing at a time and tell you honestly when something isn't adding value.
Everything Written Down
Before any work starts, what success looks like is written down. What would make us recommend stopping is also written down. No ambiguity about what was agreed.
A Person Always in the Loop
Drafted content is held for a staff member to review and send. Nothing reaches your customers without someone on your team seeing it first.
Honest About What Doesn't Work
We track subscription costs against actual use and will tell you if something should be switched off rather than renewed. That's in the arrangement from the start.
Single Task, Proper Scope
We don't try to change your whole operation. We pick one task, scope it properly, and do it well. You decide whether to go further after you see results.
Wording That Sounds Like You
Follow-up messages and replies are written to match your tone. You review and adjust before anything is used. The words stay yours.
Measured Against Numbers You Track
Success is tied to metrics you already use — not new dashboards or abstract KPIs. If the numbers you care about don't move, we say so.
Not sure where to start?
That's a reasonable place to be. A short conversation usually makes the options clearer — no commitment, no presentation, just an honest discussion about what might fit.
Common Questions
Straightforward answers to what small business owners usually want to know before we speak.
Do I need to be technically minded to work with you?
No. The scoping process is designed so that we figure out the technical side and translate it into plain language. You tell us what you want to happen and we work back from there.
How long does the Pilot Scoping take?
The scoping work itself typically takes one to two sessions. You receive a written pilot brief at the end that you can act on with us or with any other supplier.
Will the Lead Follow-Up messages go out automatically?
No. Messages are drafted and held. A member of your staff reviews and sends each one. Nothing is sent without a person in the process — that is not a feature we are willing to remove.
What happens if the arrangement isn't working?
We write down at the start what "not working" would look like, so there is no argument about it later. If those conditions are met, we recommend stopping. That recommendation comes from us, not just from you asking.
Can I start with just the scoping and decide later?
Yes. The Pilot Scoping is a standalone service. You get a written brief at the end and there is no obligation to continue with us or anyone else. Many owners find the brief useful on its own.
How is pricing structured — is it a contract?
Pilot Scoping is a one-off fee of RM 134. The monthly services run month to month and can be stopped at the quarterly review if the numbers don't justify continuing. We don't lock you into long-term contracts.
