Our Services
Three services. Fixed prices. Written scope.
Each arrangement is designed to be self-contained. You can start with a scoping session and decide later, or move directly to a monthly service once you know what you want.
← Back to HomeHow every engagement works
Before work starts on any service, we write down what is being attempted, how success will be measured, and what would constitute a reason to stop. That document belongs to you. The monthly services run on a quarterly review cycle — at each review, we assess whether the arrangement is worth continuing and say so directly.
We don't pitch a platform and then find you a use case. We start with a task you've identified as a problem and work out whether AI is the right tool for it. Sometimes the answer is no, and we'd rather say that early than set up something that won't last six months.
Pilot Scoping
A scoping engagement for owners who want to try one thing properly rather than change everything. We choose a single task together, define what success looks like in numbers you already track, set a stop date, and write down in advance what would make us recommend abandoning it.
The scope covers the definition, the measurement method, and a short written pilot brief you could hand to any supplier — including one who is not us. That brief is yours to keep regardless of what you decide next.
What's included
- One or two working sessions with the task owner
- Written definition of the task and its scope boundary
- Success metric agreed in terms of existing business figures
- Stop condition written explicitly before work starts
- Pilot brief document — yours to keep and use freely
Process
- 1
Initial conversation — you describe the task causing friction. We ask questions and take notes.
- 2
Draft scope review — we send a draft scope document for your comments and changes.
- 3
Final brief — signed-off pilot brief delivered, ready to act on with us or any supplier.
Fixed price
RM 134
Floor note
Output: one written pilot brief (PDF or editable document). Typical duration from first session to delivery: 5–10 working days. Language: English or Bahasa Malaysia.
Floor note
Setup covers: your enquiry sources (email, WhatsApp, form), the follow-up intervals, and the draft wording you approve. Changes to wording are handled within the monthly fee.
Lead Follow-Up Desk
For businesses whose enquiries go cold because nobody had time to reply on Tuesday. Drafted follow-ups are prepared at the intervals you set, referencing what the person actually asked about, and held for a staff member to send.
Nothing is sent without a person in the chain. Anyone who asks to be left alone is removed from follow-up at the first request, permanently. Setup covers your enquiry sources, the follow-up rhythm, and wording you are comfortable putting your name to.
What's included
- Setup of enquiry sources and follow-up rhythm
- Drafted follow-up messages held for staff review
- Permanent opt-out handling at first request
- Wording adjustments included in monthly fee
- Quarterly review of follow-up performance against enquiry figures
Process
- 1
Source mapping — we document where enquiries come in and who handles them currently.
- 2
Wording review — we draft the follow-up messages and you adjust until you're satisfied.
- 3
Live, staff-reviewed — drafts arrive in queue for your team to send. Adjustments are made monthly as the service runs.

RM 415
Ongoing Care
Monthly care for the AI arrangements running in your business. We review drafts and replies for tone and accuracy, adjust wording as your offering changes, watch subscription costs against actual use, and keep a plain record of every change made.
You get a short note each month and a longer review each quarter. At the quarterly review, we tell you honestly if something should be switched off rather than renewed — and that recommendation comes from us, not only from you asking.
What's included
- Tone and accuracy review of all AI-drafted content
- Wording adjustments as your offering or market changes
- Subscription cost-vs-use tracking
- Plain monthly note of every change made
- Quarterly review with honest renewal recommendation
Process
- 1
Inventory of running arrangements — we document everything currently in use and what each costs.
- 2
Monthly check and note — changes logged, wording adjusted as needed, note delivered.
- 3
Quarterly review — full cost-vs-use analysis with an honest recommendation for each arrangement.
Monthly fee
RM 628
Floor note
Monthly notes arrive within the first week of each month. Quarterly reviews are booked in advance for the last week of each quarter. There is no lock-in beyond the quarter in progress.

Standards across all services
These apply regardless of which service you're on.
Data privacy
We hold only the data needed for the task. Customer data used in follow-up arrangements is not shared or retained after the arrangement ends.
Full change log
Every change to a running arrangement is logged in plain language. Nothing is altered silently between monthly notes.
No automatic opt-outs
Anyone who asks to stop receiving follow-ups is removed at the first request. Opt-out is permanent and requires no follow-up from them.
Documents you own
All briefs, scope documents, and written records produced during an engagement belong to you. No proprietary format that prevents reuse.
Pricing
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No hidden fees, no platform commissions.
